Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.

Have you ever noticed that the most gloriously beautiful things around us, from attractive people to the magnificence of the stars, have awesome aspects of their being that defy either easy explanation or complete understanding?
Indeed, the seminal scientists and mathematicians of our civilization explained their work as a search for better understanding of the works of the Creator... the un-caused cause. One of those, a "believer" called Sir Issac Newton, compared all his scientific and mathematical insights and discoveries to a handful of pretty sea-shells found on the shores of a vast and unexplored ocean of truths. Many more scientists, physicists and mathematicians also admitted discovering how much of their own ignorance and lack of understanding their discoveries revealed. The best of them, today, still do.
Building upon their work, modern explorers of reality have discovered much about the world around us that simply magnifies a reasonable person's sense of awe and wonder at the mysteries and truths of the cosmos, and at both the revealed and the incomprehensible aspects of it's functions and design.
From the micro to the macro, the smallest of things to things too great for our finite minds to apprehend, creation teaches both humility and gratitude to the intellectually honest.
The further we collectively and individually go, the more we know, the better we may understand and accept the wisdom of Proverbs 3:5-6.
